Section 1

A locality is a search seed

A city, town, or named area can help begin discovery, but it does not identify an orchard block. Treat the match as a candidate location until the boundary and crop context are confirmed.

Section 2

Narrow before interpreting

Add a parcel, street, point, or coordinates and check the result against what the field team knows. If several blocks could match, the correct action is to narrow the input, not to choose the most interesting-looking signal.

Section 3

Keep the warning near the result

People remember a coloured map more easily than a caveat. Put the precision limitation beside the result and repeat it in the field note so a broad match cannot silently become a field-ready recommendation.

Section 4

Use the seed to ask a better question

Once the block is confirmed, write the next question in operational terms: where should the crew start, what should they compare, and what would make them stop escalating? After the boundary is confirmed, the seed can name a first walk.
