Section 1

Start with the decision, not the map

Write down what could change this week's field plan: a block to walk first, a crew assignment to move, or a question that needs ground confirmation. A small team cannot inspect every row at once, so the checklist should produce a first move rather than a complete inventory.

Section 2

Triage one questionable block

Choose the block with the highest chance of changing the day and record why it is ahead of the others. Use a broad satellite pass as a screening input, but keep the block, date, recent field activity, irrigation history, and known crop stage beside the signal so the team does not mistake colour for cause.

Section 3

Brief the walking team

Give the supervisor a short route order, the visible symptom or contrast to check, and the evidence that would lower the priority. A useful brief lets the crew say what they checked, where they started, and what should happen next without translating a dashboard during the walk.

Section 4

Close the loop before next week

After the walk, record whether the remote signal was confirmed, explained by a known condition, or not useful. Carry that result into the next ranking; otherwise every Monday starts with the same unresolved map and the team cannot learn which signals deserve attention.
