Playbook de scouting verger pour les semaines à faible signal

Un mode opératoire hebdomadaire pour les matins où plusieurs signaux faibles se disputent l'attention.

Section 1

Choose one block that can alter the day

When every signal is weak, rank by decision value rather than visual drama. Pick the block where a quick confirmation could change crew routing, irrigation follow-up, an advisor call, or the decision to stop investigating.

Section 2

Build one shared brief

Keep the selected block, evidence date, route order, field question, and caveat in one note. The grower, supervisor, and advisor should be able to see the same starting assumption instead of carrying separate interpretations into the rows.

Section 3

Run a short confirmation loop

Walk the highest-priority zone, record what was observed, and immediately decide whether to continue, explain, or de-escalate. Do not turn a low-signal morning into a full survey unless the first check produces a reason to expand.

Section 4

Save the lesson for the next weak week

Low-signal periods are valuable when they improve the operating rule. Record which context explained the difference and which evidence was unnecessary so future teams can start with a better ranking and fewer repeated checks.

Inspect the sample run after you read the guide.

The guide explains the logic. The completed sample run shows whether Farmbit turns that logic into a field-ready brief.
