Section 1

Remote evidence narrows the walk

A satellite or drone view can help choose the first block, but it cannot feel soil, inspect leaves, hear the irrigation line, or see the operational context that explains a pattern. The purpose of remote triage is to make the first walk more deliberate.

Section 2

Make the ground check specific

Send the team to a defined row, edge, or comparison area with one or two things to verify. A focused check is easier to complete and easier to reconcile with the original signal than a general request to inspect everything.

Section 3

Record confirmation and contradiction

Capture both what matched and what did not. A normal row inside a flagged zone is useful evidence because it can lower urgency, reveal a false positive, or point the next visit toward a different boundary.

Section 4

Let the field result update the next ranking

Ground truth should not disappear into a notebook after the visit. Carry the outcome into the next week's ranking so the team learns which remote patterns are actionable for its own blocks and seasons.
