Section 1

Put the first stop at the top

The first line should say which block or zone the crew should inspect first and what made it worth the stop. A map without a route order leaves the highest-cost decision to the field lead at the gate.

Section 2

Name the evidence and the uncertainty

Separate what the remote signal shows from what it might mean. A useful note can say that a zone is different while also naming plausible alternatives such as crop stage, soil, irrigation, shadow, cloud, or recent work.

Section 3

Give the crew a confirmation check

Describe the visible row-level evidence that would support or weaken the priority: canopy condition, soil moisture, emitter performance, pest symptoms, or a boundary effect. The check should be observable during the first walk and should not require a specialist to decode it.

Section 4

End with a next step

Close with the action after the walk: continue the route, de-escalate the zone, capture a note for the advisor, or collect closer evidence. Confidence and caveats belong beside that action so the team knows what the note is not claiming.
