1. Scope of Services
Farmbit ("we", "us", "our") provides aerial drone mapping, under-canopy rover inspections, and agricultural data analysis services. Our deliverables ("Reports") include operational briefs, field maps, and priority action lists based on the data captured.
2. Payment and Cancellation
Farmbit uses Stripe-hosted payment links for Credit packs. Charges are processed before run creation is permitted, and one run currently consumes 1 Credit. If you need a billing correction, contact contact@farmbit.ai before submitting additional runs.
3. Flight Operations and Weather
All flight operations are conducted strictly in accordance with Transport Canada regulations. If weather conditions (rain, high winds, poor visibility) or airspace restrictions prevent operations on the scheduled date, Farmbit will reschedule the capture at the earliest safe opportunity without penalty.
4. Liability and Indemnification
Farmbit deliverables are advisory in nature. While we employ professional methods to identify crop stress and infrastructure issues, we do not guarantee the identification of all field risks. The client assumes ultimate responsibility for all agronomic decisions, crew deployments, and interventions. Farmbit shall not be liable for crop loss, yield variations, or consequential damages.
5. Data Ownership
Upon full payment, you retain right of use for all deliverables provided. Farmbit retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated mission data for the improvement of our models and analytical processes.
